We gather in story.
We remember what has been forgotten.
We tend the living field between myth, body, and Holy.

This year, Mythology Club is doing something we’ve never done before.
We will spend the entire season with one story: The Epic of Gilgamesh. Within one ancient story, we encounter both the memory of an intact culture and the beginnings of its shattering. And perhaps this is part of what these old stories have to offer us now: not a way back, but something that might help us remember, learn, and participate in the long work of regenerating an intact culture for a time beyond our own.
